I really loved the experience and the place
And my end product smells fabulous
But I hoped if it was more information on how to formulate a Cologne and what smells goes together!

Booked this as a date activity, and had a great time! We had a lot of fun smelling the different scents and figuring out our favorites. The blended scent options we were presented with were all wonderful, and it was hard to choose just one to take home.
We each left with a full bottle of our personal fragrances, which was a great value for the price of the experience!

My boyfriend and I wanted to find a fun, unique activity for his birthday and this was perfect! Everyone at the shop was so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping make our first experience memorable.

We had so much fun making our own scents. This place has been here since the 90s and has a rich history. We did this as a date night. We're not normally perfume wearers so my partner was skeptical but she got really into it and now we have scents that we lovee to put on.

We had such a great experience!! My friend and I attended this class (my bday gift to her). At the start, you smell dozens of different scents and select the scents you like. Then you give your preferences to a Perfumer, and they mix different scents to find a fragrance for you. You even get to name your scent at the end. HIGHLY recommend!

This was a delightful overall experience. Since it was midday on a weekday, I was the only participant and got the full attention of the teacher. That said, since much of this experience involves smelling different base scents and determining which ones you like, I was also allowed plenty of time to simply do that part on my own. The atmosphere was friendly, not at all pushy, and I left with a custom bottle of perfume I think I'll quite enjoy wearing. I recommend it!

My mom, husband, and I had a great time building our own perfumes/colognes! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

This was the first time doing something like this and I loved it. I loved the price for what I got and the two workers were so kind and helpful.

This wasn't a class. It's a store. When I walked in and said I'm here for the Dabble class, the girls behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. And yes, Ted is the owner. But when he came out, he was unclear about what class--aromatherapy? Um, no. I did leave with a custom perfume, but Ted didn't really share about the perfume-making process, which I expected more of. I had to pull information out of him. How did you get into this? How do you create the scents? How do you think about creating the scents. This is how you do it: You pick 8-10 scents from 4 categories and then he (or the girls, if that's who was helping you) puts drops on strips of paper and you smell them. Ted was not good about giving instruction (smell all of these and tell me which ones you like). He just handed me strips to smell; he didn't say "smell all the strips and think about which ones you like the best & tell me why." Then he'd look at me after waiting and say, "have you decided yet?" He is so accustomed to the process, he didn't bother communicating clearly. The girls sent people away from all the smells (go outside) to smell their final strips. Ted didn't. In fact, a friend came in and he left me (without instruction) to hug her and show her new things in the store, and talk about his recent vacation. This wasn't a class; its a store. He didn't provide anything beyond what the store already provides. Don't bother. If you're interested, just go to the store. Which was fine; if you're not looking for a workshop/class and meeting other interested people.
