Founder and President of Chicago Kettlebell Club (CKC) LLC, Bea offers semi-private and small group training, and coaching services to help clients achieve fitness goals. She also conducts kettlebell workshops and certifications for trainers throughout Chicagoland. As Illinois Director for International Kettlebell Lifting Federation, she hosts kettlebell sport competitions in the Chicago area. Founder of the annual International Kettlebell Sport Summit and Women's International Kettlebell Sport League, Bea aims to build a community of diverse and strong kettlebell lifters who can make a difference in one another's lives.

    It was a great class! I'm a kettlebell newbie, and the instructor took the time to break down the basic moves. After we got the fundamentals, we went through a fun and challenging circuit workout. The gym was really nice, it seems new and the amenities were great! The class size was small - 3 beginners and 4 more advanced students. Each group had their own instructor and tailored the class to their experience level. All in all, a good intro to kettlebells!

    Had a great time! Definitely will do it again!
    Bea was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sport and technique of kettle bells, she explained in detail the correct use of kettle bells and make me feel comfortable about doing it on my own. I strongly recommended!

    I learned a lot in the class and the instructor was very helpful and knowledgable. In addition to learning technique, it was also a great workout! The gym is spacious and clean. Overall, it was a great experience.

    Fantastic class! Small class size makes it possible to get a lot of hands-on training and correction to get a feel for the sport of kettlebells. Workout was definitely challenging, but Bea kept it positive and was very encouraging. I'd highly recommend this class!

    I always wanted to learn to use kettlebells and have always been told the importance of learning to use them correctly to avoid serious injury. This class really breaks down the basics so that you are comfortable with kettlebells. It shows you just how much of a great workout you can have using them. I thoroughly enjoyed the class & plan to learn more kettlebell exercises and techniques. This class is a great place to start.

    Awesome class from start to finish led by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructor. Bea introduced the class to the basics of kettlebell sport, taught us a number of basic moves, making sure that our form and technique were correct, and ended with circuit training that engaged the entire body. Because of the varying fitness levels of the participants, she checked-in with everyone and adjusted the workout to each of our abilities. Overall, I had a great workout (with a good ache in my muscles the next few days) and am inspired to include kettlebells in my future workouts. I recommend this class to those that want to give kettlebells a try or just need a good workout! Thanks Bea!

    Solid class from start to finish! The class structure, pace, & instruction were perfect for beginners. Bea's knowledge & expertise shined through, and I left the class feeling that I could be successful picking up a kettle bell at any gym. Evolution Personal Training was a supportive and friendly environment to workout in.

    I feel like I had a group personal training session. I've never done kettleballs, and this class was perfect. Bea did just a great job working with students at all different levels. A good workout, and now I feel more confident grabbing the kettleball at my gym. Thanks, Bea!

    The class was great and so was the teacher. Bea came highly recommended and did not disappoint- her upbeat, energetic, and positive style helped create a great environment to learn the basics of kettlebells without worrying about being self-conscious or intimidated by others in the class. She obviously knows her stuff when it comes to fitness, and I love that she is actively competing in kettlebell competition! I can't wait for her to offer intermediate and advanced classes so I can keep learning and working out!

    I really enjoyed the Intro to Kettlebells class with Bea. I had previously tried kettlebell workouts at home but was never quite sure if my form and technique were correct. Bea offered step by step instructions and gave lots of tips and pointers as well as taught us numerous kettlebell swings and exercises. The class was ended with a short, but very effective, full body circuit training activity. I could definitely tell the next day that my whole body had a good workout. Great class!

    Bea is a great instructor! I highly recommend taking her class. She is very patient with those of us who are...slightly handicapped. :) I'm surprisingly not too sore.

    Bea was friendly and eager to share her knowledge. She's definitely passionate about Kettlebells, and her enthusiasm makes it fun. She monitored everyone individually checking our form as we went. Kettlebells are awesome. I've now signed up for a longer class with Bea.

    What a great experience! I was very excited to go, but not really knowing what to expect. The class was small enough to receive personal attention, but big enough to not feel singled out. I learned enough about it to want to explore more about using kettle bells to meet my fitness needs.
