The instructors' passion and knowledge for cycling is inspiring. The class was informative and appeals to riders with a variety of experiences; although a cyclist interested in racing would probably not find this class as beneficial.

This was a great class for learning the intricacies of bicycles (and they are intricate). I am very much a novice when it comes to bikes and I learned so much. Every component of a bike is broken down into great detail, including nutrition and training. Definitely a good class for those that want to know more about the bike landscape

That said, I do not recommend this for true beginners. Having some working knowledge of a bike definitely helps you stay grounded in everything and not get overwhelmed

I learned so much about bikes and commuting in Chicago. The guest speakers were fun additions. Highly recommend this class for anyone (especially women) who want to learn more about their bikes.
