This class was fantastic! Brandon equipped us with all of the knowledge needed to make our own fantastic pasta. There was a laid back vibe, but he was always close by to help and answer any questions I had. I would definitely take this class again and I highly recommend it!

Great class. Was fun, learned a lot, and got to eat and go home with yummy pasta. The class inspired me to buy a pasta machine for others and myself!

Brandon was informative, engaging, and most importantly, made homemade pasta-making approachable. BYOB and you get to eat your own creation!
