My friend and I really enjoyed the set-up of this class. The instructors were open, friendly, engaging, and informative. The class topic was spot-on with this year's especially rough cold and flu season. I really enjoyed learning about all of the different medicinal and herbal supplements in addition to the nutritional benefits of various spices and seasonal produce. I look forward to recreating the recipes shared in my apartment & look forward to future classes at the LP Whole Foods!

Good advice, especially for a newbie. I was surprised they didn't speak more to consuming fat to produce ketones, but that was perhaps more advanced than this class was geared towards. I really enjoyed the food samples and made the paleo pad thai recipe within a week of the class!

While we expected this to be an informational cooking class, there was no cooking. And also the information was sub-par as well. The teachers talked about puedo medicine to fix our "leaky gut"s. At the end we sampled some fermented foods. The class lasted about 45 minutes total

The class was about a half an hour of going over basic general information in the printed handout. There wasn't information about learning about the fermenting process, the science behind it or cooking recipes. Then the teachers then broke off into small conversations to listen to the attendee's personal health stories leaving most of the class sitting around wondering "Is it over?" Not much more info than I could get from a longwinded facebook post, a bit disapointing.
