Caity did an excellent job teaching this class! She was patient, throughough and even stayed later so we could finish our coasters. My coasters turned out great and I get compliments on them anytime I have someone over. I would highly recommend taking this class or any other class Caity teaches.

Caity created a warm and intimate learning environment for us. It felt casual, but also structured and safe, considering we were artfully burning things for two hours. I made personalized coasters for my roommates, and they were really well received. Plus you get a free wood burner to keep working at home! You'll meet some cool people, learn a new skill and come away with something to show for it. Caity is a DIY queen, so you'll be taught by someone who really knows her stuff. Must do!

This was such a fun class! I ended up giving the coasters to my brother for Christmas and he LOVED them. I really enjoyed making a homemade, quality gift that he will have in his home for a long time as well as having the knowledge AND TOOLS now to make them whenever I want. Caity was fun, positive and a great teacher! She had everything ready to go for us once we arrived.

I had a blast- not only did Caity give us test coasters and ideas on what to design on them, she was really helpful when I was stuck with a certain tool or unsure of what iron tip to use for a particular design. The venue was great, wine was available for those who forgot to BYOB, and extra coasters were available for a reasonable price. I was able to get 50% of my Christmas gifts done in one night! I'll definitely be taking another class with Caity.

I had such a blast in Caity's Leather Branding class! Caity was very prepared with extra tools and supplies we could use, and had some awesome ideas for our coasters. I'm excited to use my burning tool at home for more crafts, and I'd definitely take another class learning from the DIY pro Caity.

This class was a bit of a free for all. There was next to no instruction or demonstration of how to use the tools. For example, our irons came with four different tips, and we were not told the differences between the tips. I would have been better off purchasing my own iron and watching YouTube videos.
