Kathleen P.Reviewed on 04/13/15The class on Superfoods 101 was excellent. Not only was the instructor knowledgeable, she had prepared all types of scrumptious recipes which included these foods for us to sample.
In addition, we received take home materials explaining the benefits of these foods, along with the recipes we sampled. SEEDZ cafe was an excellent venue and just the right size for easy conversation with time to ask lots of questions and contribute information. My husband enjoyed it, got a lot from it, and look forward to returning. Highly Recommend!The class on Superfoods 101 was excellent.
