A dynamic powerhouse when it comes to inspiring others. Coco Collins brings a fresh perspective that is energizing, fun, captivating and compelling. Travel has become the force behind her inspiration to share her life journey that incorporates a painful past with her present state of happy bliss in which she simply calls her “Place of Happy”.
Her journey as a writer, poet, world traveler and nurse amongst other careers exposed her to many people with many awesome stories. She has lived in NYC, L.A. and Dallas but calls Chicago home with her little Yorkie Paris. She has explored 6, of the 7-continents with the exception of Asia. She has visited many countries and a host of cities such as Paris, London, Dublin, Wales, Gibraltar, Berlin, Paris, Glasgow, Rome, Venice Sydney, San Juan, Mexico City, San Jose, Caracas, Lima, Morocco, Cape Town whew too many to name. Her friends dubbed her "Dora the Explorer."
After sharing her happy with many others, one person in particular inspired Coco to help others. She remembers her friend author and world renown speaker Denver Moore, who simply told her she had a gift and it was selfish of her to keep it all to herself. And with that he added "If you are not living life what's the point. Make sure you tell them that". Shortly after that advice her friend would quietly pass away. After a 2-year sabbatical she moved back to Chicago and decided to work on writing her book in the making.
