Crystal Stevens and Lisa Govro were great. They offered lots of hand on learning, along with hand outs and tons of information on herbs and herbal teas. I left ready to make my own tea blends, tinctures and more for common ailments.

The ladies that taught tis class were very knowledgable and I learned a lot. I will definitely be trying some of the herbs and methods of using them that were discussed in the class!

Crystal and Eric are great teachers, bringing a wealth of knowledge about foraging and edible weeds, from medicinal uses to recipe ideas to natural history of the plants. I learned a ton and enjoyed the class a lot!
