A fun community event. Wish there were more like it.

As for the class, Devin was great! Her home is a great space, and she was really passionate and informative. She really taught us how to taste whiskey, and she provided us with a lot of information about local brands. I would definitely take another one of her classes.

As of Project Fixup, I felt like they did not really put much thought into finding matches. I made a few new friends among the ladies at the event, but the guys at the event were really not my type at all. I was also surprised that they did not do anything to facilitate introductions or conversations, but I was a little grateful that didn't happen, considering the available match options at the event. Hopefully, the next Project Fixup event will be a little more organized and thought out.

Devin was passionate and energetic, the amount of information about whiskey she provided was perfect. My only negative has to do with my own misunderstanding of the class title; I assumed we would be tasting more types of whiskey, however the class was more about *how* to taste whiskey. I am not a whiskey drinker but I had already had the 3 types of whiskey we tasted, however I have never really *tasted* them before.

The instructor, Devin, was great! She had a lot of energy and was very knowledgeable on the subject. It was a great way to meet new people and try delicious local whiskeys.

I felt like a learned quite a bit about whiskey. The instructor was welcoming and very passionate about whiskey. I felt like I also came out knowing A LOT about her life, and would have liked to hear more about the whiskey. It was also stated that there would be light appetizers there, which there were not. It would have been nice if this was honored since we were drinking whiskey.

As for Project Fixup. They put zero thought into matching and just invited whoever. Would not recommend that commpany.
