ABOUT THIS TEACHER

I started down my journey for discovering my unique purpose in life when I left The Ritz-Carlton Hotel company and began consulting. I was attending seminary at the time when I became a part of Mid-America Transplant as a consultant and then division leader. It was around this time that I took the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. For most of my professional career I've been called "insightful" and "strategic". When I saw my Clifton StrengthsFinder results, it finally clicked that being strategic-minded was not just a learned trait but also a natural talent.

But what about the other 4 Strengths? Some of them were a bit confusing to me and even frustrating. Ever since then, I've been on a journey to not only learn my Strengths but to love them and use them to help me live out my purpose.
