Great class. Everyone gets involved and shares their thoughts on tastings which is really fun. The new venue is awesome too - glad we now have a space just for our class.

A great birthday surprise! The class was fun and informative, and our host was very knowledgeable and engaging. It was totally worth the time and money, and I'm looking forward to more dabbling in the future!

A Night at the Speak Easy was fun, informative, and tasty. It was interesting to learn a brief history of Prohibition and to taste some of the more popular drinks of the time. We also received tips on the tools needed for setting up a home bar and ingredients to use. All in all a fun night.

It was fun and interesting. The space was bit tight for the amount of people but nothing that could prevent you from having a good time

Amazing Class. My husband and I wanted to do something different for Valentines Day and we weren't disappointed. Very fun :)

We had a very small group and so lots of interaction with the teacher and the bartender. It was a fantastic time.

Great class! We learned about how beer is made, some interesting historical tidbits, and what characteristics to look for when drinking different types. The teachers are very friendly and know their stuff. We tasted four different beers from across the spectrum which really illustrated what the differences are. I'm a total beginner when it comes to craft beer and I walked away with a good grasp of how it all works and what I like.

The class was very informative and the drinks were GREAT! Both my wife and I had a great time and would definitely recommend Dennis and his classes to anyone.

We got to try 4 drinks that I have never had before and would never think to make but we went out and bought the ingredients for them the next day because we enjoyed them so much.

If you are interested in learning more about liquor then check out one of Dennis's classes as he is very knowledgable and will answer any questions you have. We will definitely be returning!

Dennis hosted a private class for my sister's bachelorette party. It was fascinating to learn the history of Prohibition and the stories surrounding the making of the drinks! (And even more delicious to drink them!) He was an entertaining and knowledgeable teacher. We had an amazing time, and he and Bobby gave us instructions on how we might put together a few classic drinks from that era. Bobby was a fantastic bartender & we'll definitely be back at Maeve to have one of his signature manhattans!

This was a really great class - we not only drank a variety of different Mad Men - era drinks, we learned a lot about the interesting history behind each drink.

The Mixology portion of the class was really fun. Learning the history behind the drinks we were sampling definitely made the evening interesting! As for the "singles" part I was a little disappointed in that. I ended up being paired with a guy nearly 10 years younger than me. I completed the questionnaire prior to the event, but felt that none of the things I put on it were really considered. The evening was still fun and the people I met were very cool. But I felt a little weird about how the "pairing" was done. It left me with a lot of questions about the "fixup" process. Anyhow, it was overall a very fun night and I would totally do a Dabble class again (not sure I'd do a singles event though.) ;)

This was a great class, we learned a lot both about mixology and history and everyone who attended seemed like they were there to have fun and were ready to learn

The entire class was amazing. My instructor and the mixologist were incredibly knowledgable, funny, and entertaining. We walked away with some insight to the 1920s as well as a delicious drink menu.

This was my second class Dennis at Eat Drink Educate. He has a wealth of knowledge about liquor and can generally answer any question you throw at him. The atmosphere of the class is always lighthearted, you don't need to be a scotch snob to take it. Overall, a fun hour and a half, totally worth it.

Great friendly atmosphere, interesting background info, and the cocktails were fantastic. Price can't be beat for what you get.
