Slightly positive experience. Emerson provides great insight into some tips & tricks to becoming viral and where to find good content. However, his experience seems to be with companies with already LARGE followings and was little help to smaller companies with small followings.
The presentation was funny, slightly unorganized, but overall helpful. Thank you.
