    This was such a great class. I learned like 25 things--and making a cauliflower pizza crust was just one! I learned about how to take pictures of food, how to make a tomato sauce, how to use a Vitamix, the wonder of microfiber towels, how to Instagram, how to use hashtags, all about Homechef, real estate...the list goes on. Erica is a great instructor. It's like being on the FoodNetwork, seriously. And you are the co-hosts because you have to work ;) And the pizza, it's delicious.

    This was such a great class. I learned like 25 things--and making a cauliflower pizza crust was just one!     This was my first Dabble experience/cooking class in Chicago it was nothing less than amazing. Erica and Brett were such great hosts and were hands on teachers, making it a really comfortable and fun environment. A few people went in groups but I went by myself, and either way I'm sure it would be a great class. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun pizza class and highly recommend any class Erica and Brett are teaching!

    What a great class! I learned that making pizza dough is easy peasy and can be done with the most basic ingredients! Erica and Brett were fantastic hosts and teachers who were very confident in their knowledge and provided amazing pizza topping options (my personal fav was the bbq chicken pizza toppings). I would definitely take another class with these ladies because it was so fun and I got to take some dough to make 'za at home!

    The toughest part of trying to cut wheat/gluten out of my diet is giving up pizza. Now this easy to make cauliflower crust gives me some options. Erica leads you through the process in an entirely hands-on fashion and the pie turns out great.

    Highly recommended.

    This class was a lot of fun! Erica made it look so easy to make cauliflower crusts at home. I've even already made her tomato sauce. I especially liked the hands-on component to make it less threatening to try at home.

    Erica is a gem. We had a lot of time to talk about her background and her love of food which is truly evident in what we made! The recipe was easy and fun to make and oh my GOSH was it good! Take this class! So much fun!

    I LOVED this class! Erica was a great teacher who really let us learn by doing. She walked us through the whole recipe to start, then took us through step-by-step, while making sure we understood how to know when we were ready to move on to the next step. She also shared a wealth of other cooking knowledge along the way, and I really enjoyed spending an evening cooking with her and the group! Would definitely recommend her classes - I can't wait to take another!

    This was an awesome class! First, Erica is the consummate professional and everything was very well planned and very well organized (a great sign that things will go smoothly). Erica had everything that was needed and was not scurrying around trying to find items at the last minute. Lest you think this professional was too "stuffy"....she was absolutely not! We had a great time and this recipe is a keeper and will be made in my kitchen moving forward. I can't wait to see what the cauliflower pizza crust class is like, I'm going next week! Erica provided all the right stuff, including tips and tricks, and even a little surprise bonus at the end. Erica, loved the class, loved the recipe, and loved meeting both you and Michelle.     Very fun class! With the BYO option, I was super content with my glass of wine and the opportunity to demo hands-on with Erica. We went through the recipe at a great pace and had the chance to try each step along the way. Erica has a great demeanor and is made for teaching others her ways. Thank you!

    Small class size and really good pizza. Complete instructions, I will make this at home.
    It is tricky to park here. Read all signs! Both drivers to this class received $75 parking tickets, even though we "thought" we were legally parked.

    Great experience taking this class. Erika explained the process very well...It was hands on which I liked. The finished product was delicious!!! I will be making the cauliflower crust regularly.

    This class was great! The crepe batter is amazing and can be made with ingredients you have around the house. We made savory and sweet crepes. Highly recommend!

    Erica is a great teacher. She explains everything in easy to understand terms and makes you feel right at home cooking with her. She really made us feel comfortable no matter what our prior experience was. I had a great time and finally understand spaghetti squash! The small class size is perfect for really getting a hands on experience. Will definitely do more cooking classes with her!

    I loved this class!! Erica was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! The class was so hands-on and Erica had so many great cooking tips! I highly recommend her!!

    Cauliflower Crust Pizza making was so much fun! It was hands-on the whole way through and I really feel like I can now make this at home on my own, no problem. Class was a perfect amount of time and we never got bored, there was always something for us to be doing.

    This class was fantastic! Erica is a great cook, enthusiastic about teaching others, and just very genuine. We went through the steps of the recipe, and then ate our delicious pizzas, in a friendly, relaxed environment. I left confident that I could make these pizzas at home (which I since have). They came out great!

    Every aspect of Erica's class was great. She is a friendly, patient, and informative instructor who guided us step-by-step. She made sure all the students participated in every step of the process, as we each made our own individual pizzas. There was a wide range of previous cooking experience amongst the students- and Erica made everyone have a good time! It was a fun, laid-back environment. The pizza we made was yummy; I can't wait to replicate it at home. Overall, I highly recommend Erica and this class. Look forward to returning for more classes!

    This was an excellent class and Erica was a great instructor. She made sure to let everyone try each step and did not cut any corners on time. The recipe turned out to be fantastic and it was a great experience! We even tried to talk her into teaching different classes!

    Erica's class was phenomenal. Everything from her preparedness, creativity, eagerness to share knowledge and tips about cooking at home with us, but most impressive was her adaptability as an instructor. I am lactose intolerant, and although I didn't mention that in advance, as soon as I told Erica during class she was very quick to say "no worries at all! I am great at impromptu ingredient changes and want you to love the result of your time here". She then found some zucchini in the kitchen and said "hey, I'll bet this works in our pizza crust as a good substitute, let's check it out!" It was indeed AWESOME! Great experience, I will definitely return to one of Erica's classes.

    Erica was great. She has a clear passion for cooking and made sure everyone jumped in and learned how to make the dish (and not just watched someone else make it). She also clearly went out of her way to make everyone comfortable and even did a great improvisation to accommodate a last minute dietary restriction. You could tell that our learning and having good time was important to her. I highly recommend.
