I had already knew of Amie from following her art Instagram account and attending one of her shows so I was super excited by the chance to meet her and learn from her! She provided tea and the best cheeses ever and we got to work with painting and learning some core embroidery stitches. Since it was a small class we also got to layer some additional fabric onto our canvas bags using her sewing machine. She's a super sweet and patient teacher, flexible, open to your ideas, and let us stay half an hour later than the class was supposed to go. I enjoyed every moment of it and will continue to work on this piece at home with the great materials and fabulous colors she supplied us. So many ideas! Great class. Awesome teacher. Relaxed environment. Take it!

A great class taught by a knowledgeable and fun teacher. The venue was perfect! I learned so much!

This class is so much more than an embroidery workshop - it's painting too! Aime is a great teacher and a talented artist. She is super organized, her instructions are clear and she creates a lovely atmosphere! I left with the beginning skills and supplies to continue my project at home. I would definitely take another class with Aime.

Great class! Amie’s class was very informative and a lot of fun! She’s a great teacher who gave very clear instructions on how to do many different types of embroidery stitches. (The cheat sheet we embroidered was a great idea and very helpful.) She was a very positive and patient teacher too. Beyond her teaching abilities, she’s excellent at her craft and I would absolutely take another class from her in future! I was very impressed with how organized she was and very much appreciated the fun yet relaxing ambiance she set up.  Also, it was great to be able to leave with new skills and the supplies so that we could continue to embroider outside of the class.
