This is a great class! Andrea knew everything under the sun about planting and seeds... If you want to know anything about gardening Andrea is the person to ask. I left there with my own little plastic container of planted seeds, soon to be radishes (if all goes well).

Great class whether you have a little experience or none. Andrea explained why and when you would want to seed various plants and how to harvest seeds from the plants once the pods have dried. I learned a lot and am excited to practice!

This class was perfect creative way to kick-start the week. Peach jam infused with whatever we wanted (if we wanted). A bottle of wine and a nice breeze was a great setting inside this interesting space. I learned the steps of hot water bath canning and walked away with two delicious jars of chunky peach jam. I feel pretty solid with the process and with the extra materials given I believe I can recreate this process. Andrea was very helpful and informative on the topic. She had great add-in food storing history lessons to boot. The space is right around the corner from the Pink line which makes transportation a snap. I am signing up for the kimchi class in a few short days. Looking forward to it!

I highly recommend this class for anyone interested in canning or wanting to try something new and fun. Andrea is a fantastic host and instructor. She was well organized, friendly, interesting and very knowledgeable about the subject and process. The jam turned out amazing and everyone left with two jars to take home with them. I had very limited experience cooking and absolutely zero experience with canning but I left feeling confident in my ability to do this again on my own. Overall, a great experience.

I took this class almost a year ago, and did not realize that I never left a review until it popped up on my Dabble review page. This class was great--it totally got me started with my new urban garden plot, and this spring I taught my friends how to start their own seedlings.

This class was tons of fun! It was very hands on. I loved playing with the ingredients and learning the "alchemy" and the art behind Jam making and canning. Every step was explained in detail to thoroughly understand the reasoning. We each left with two jars of jam flavored to our group's choosing. I loved the class and I look forward to taking more canning classes.

Also, I liked the pace and mood of the class -- relaxed, but I still got home at a decent hour on a weeknight. Oh, and the jam was delicious!
