Heather Bragg is a teacher-turned-realtor, a loyal Chicagoan, a marathoner, a triathlete, a wife and a mother. Since she no longer gets her paychecks in the education field, she loves to spend her free time offering workshops and info sessions for parents who feel confused or frustrated by their child's school experience.
