Hello! My name is Heather Fraelick and I am professionally trained as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Movement Educator, Myofascial Release Practitioner.
Reiki entered into my life during a time of challenging transitions. Connecting to and working with Reiki energy helped me move through these transitions with greater ease and clarity, while enhancing the positive aspects of my life. Over the years, I've seen this energy enhance the lives of the clients I work with and I'm excited to offer you the possibility of learning how to work with this energy yourself!
I am an active teacher throughout the Chicagoland area, from adjunct teaching at The New School for Massage to guest teaching self-care workshops at The School of the Art Institute, and I bring you over 14 years of therapeutic massage experience, 7 years of working with Reiki energy as a Reiki Master, and over 20 years of professional dance and movement education experience. During our time together I offer you an opportunity to learn in a fun, interactive and unique way that will help you create a solid understanding and connection with Reiki, as well as, helping you enhance the relationship to your health and well-being.
