This was a great class. You practice drawing various designs and then use indian ink to do your own henna. The whole process was very therapeutic and creative, even if you're a terrible artist like me.

She was really nice! It felt more like girlfriends hanging out than a teacher/student situation. I enjoyed myself, however, $40 seemed a little overpriced for what she covered in the class and 90% of the time was spent drawing with pencil and paper. Overall it was a good experience.

What a wonderful class! My friends and I went for my birthday; we had a great time. Heta is a great teacher and incredibly talented. I would totally take this class again.

I really enjoyed the class and meeting Heta. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon, very relaxing and insightful. I would definitely take another class from Heta.

Super fun and useful! Heta was a wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient teacher. I had fun and learned a lot in a short amount of time. Was surprised at how well my henna designs came out in spite of me not being very artistic.

Great class! Heta was a great instructor and is so good at what she does. She has a lot of patience and will bear with you as you work on the patterns. There was a lot of time spent practicing the designs and I don't think we got to all she planned on, but I ended up with a lovely self-done design on my hand that everyone was complimenting me on for weeks. Only suggestion would be to have a hand out of all the other designs we may not have gotten to!

I enjoyed learning different patterns and Heta made the class so easy. She breaks down patterns into small steps so that you understand what you are doing. She is so patient, very helpful, knows the subject, and is a great teacher. I would recommend her class if you want to learn a wonderful art form!

Fun class for henna beginners, where Heta teaches some basic shapes and motifs that are repeated throughout many typical henna designs, with time to practice your designs with both pencil/paper and then henna on paper. You even get to practice later on yourself or a classmate.
