Ian has been foraging for over 12 years, and leading foraging walks for over 10.
Ian has received both a Permaculture Design Certification, as well as the Vegan Permaculture Design Certification, and works as a landscaper in Chicago.
Ian has recently received his Master Urban Farmer Certification, and is recognized as a Garden Instructor by the Peterson Garden Project.

Teacher was well-prepared and very knowledgable. Class was relaxed, informative and fun.

Ian was wonderful. The class was informative, and he didn't shy away from safety and history. I really loved it, and I can't wait to see what other classes he is offering in the future.
