ABOUT THIS TEACHER

I am the first and only certified HIGH Fitness instructor in Chicago. I love exercising with friends and I love teaching. I have over a decade of dance experience and several years of teaching experience. I love HIGH Fitness, aerobic interval training set to fun music, because it is all about being inclusive and it's as intense as it is fun. My goal is to provide a group fitness class that is fun, effective, and affordable. HIGH Fitness is for all ages and all stages! Join me and get addicted to getting fit!
