Don't let the name of the class intimidate you. Although a booty intensive class, this is a class that all levels of experience can enjoy and walk away feeling amazing! The instructor is incredibly positive and energetic, taking the class through stretches, isolation warm ups, choreography, and cool down leaving room for questions. She does a great job making all her students feel so comfortable in their environment - which is so important when we're talking about a booty workshop. Highly recommended for anyone looking to put a little spice back in their step.

Jeez Loueeze knows what's up! I really enjoyed her dance class last week and am still recovering (it's been 5+ days!). My muscles were WORKED. I highly enjoyed the incorporation of sexiness and femininity into our workout. The facility was nice, spacious, and easy to find too. Can't wait for the next few weeks!
