As a certified Cicerone and Beer Judge Certification Program judge, I provide beer education and food/beer pairing workshops for bars, restaurants, and the general public. Past clients include Fatpour Tap Works, Au Cheval, Horse Thief Hollow Brewing Co, Lo Rez Brewing, The Vig, Great Central Brewing, Vice District Brewing, and Headquarters Beercade. I also provide sensory and beer style training classes for becoming certified through the Beer Judge Certification Program.
I've been brewing beer for over 15 years. I'm currently the membership director and a board member of CHAOS brew club, which is a 501c3 educational non-profit that provides education and a brewing makers space to people interested in beer and homebrewing.

Jeff was smart and engaging, the beer was tasty, and there was a huge amount of candy. I liked his directed, focused nature about what to look for in the tastings and pairings, he pointed out nuances I wouldn't have picked up on without him.
