Loved it! Exactly what I had hoped for. I was new to yoga, only having done YouTube yoga videos for s couple weeks. At the class I was given great info on how and why we do basic yoga moves. It helped build my confidence as a new yogi.

This was a fun and creative workshop that consisted of yoga, meditation, crafting, and learning about the chakras. Jen is a kind and welcoming instuctor, who is clearly passionate about yoga and teaching

Jennifer was a wonderful teacher. She shared personal experiences and let us share our personal experiences as well. It was the first class I've taken where I actually felt more centered and clear-headed. It was due to her yoga and meditation teachings. I would recommend this class to anyone who is thinking about yoga, meditation, or life reflection.
