This was my first Dabble class and it was a blast! It has changed the way I think about and prepare meals. This course was fun and inclusive to participants of all skill levels. In closing we shared a meal that the class collectively had prepared together.

This class was really fun and even more informative! It was great to get hands on and practice the knife techniques we were learning. Then we were able to eat the fruits of our labour! Highly recommended!

This class was an excellent class for anyone who is wanting to learn basic knife skills for cooking. We learned all of the basic cuts (dice, brunoise, batonnet, julienne, etc.), and we were taught the proper way to handle the knife, carry the knife, sharpen and hone the knife. Jenny was an excellent teacher, she was very patient, encouraging, and made sure that everyone felt comfortable with what we were learning before she moved on. Jenny was also able to answer all of our questions—and we had them—everything from types of cutting boards, to how to buy the perfect knife. To make the class even more perfect, Jenny cooked up the food we cut, and we had a great dinner afterwards. I would highly recommend this class.

I went with my boyfriend, and we had a blast, Jenny provided us with recipes and gave us very detailed instructions on how to make the truffles. We had a ton of freedom on how to decorate each truffle, she had everything from nuts to cocoa powder to coconuts and not to mention melted chocolate and chocolate ganache. She gave us samples of each chocolate and truffle mixes and she even had drinks for us! Absolutely amazing. If she does this class again I highly suggest it to anyone who loves chocolate and wants to have an awesome time.

The class was really fun, and the environment relaxed. Jenny did a great job making us feel comfortable and having all the supplies ready and accessible.

Even though I'm decently handy with a chef's knife, the instruction was fine and informative. I learned how to truly wield a knife. I would highly recommend to anyone learning to fine tune or even get good basics.

This class is great! Who knew I had using a knife incorrectly for so many years! Jenny is a funny, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Her approach to teaching made what could have been an extremely intimidating subject approachable and fun. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn hone in on their technique and learn how to be more efficient and safe in the kitchen.

This knife skills class was great! The instructor, Jenny, was very skilled, a good teacher, patient and funny. I left looking forward to trying out the skills she taught us in my own kitchen. I really enjoyed the class and highly recommend it!
