Like many people, I am intimately familiar with stress, anxiety, and just wanting my life to be different from how it is. Working first as a lawyer and then with lawyers as a manager of professional development, I’ve had a lot of opportunities to experience and witness dis-engagement and other un-productive thoughts and emotions. But I’ve also had a lot of opportunities to practice managing and reducing those feelings and their effects. We can let our fears and beliefs about our own limitations hold us back and lead us away from the extraordinary lives that we have somewhere in us. Or we can choose a different approach.
As a trained co-active coach and a certified registered yoga teacher, I am passionate about helping others live the lives that they want, right here and now. We are all in different situations and places in life, but no matter our practical circumstances, we have the potential to live infinite moments of excitement, passion, and engagement.
