Hi there! My name is Katie Carlson, and I'm a recovering corporate sales rep, turned professional (and certified) Passion & Shake your Boo-tay Coach.

Born and raised in Kansas City, I'm a die-hard Chiefs and Royals fan. A lover of nature, going on hikes, hot sauce, pairing wine with food (especially popcorn - try it), staying active, creating healthy meals out of no-so-healthy dishes, making sourdough and granola. Spending time with my family and handsome nephews. Cuddling up with my puggle - Oscar. Photography, travel, and dabbling around the city while embracing the beautiful chaos of life.
