Kay was a great instructor! The class was really helpful, I'm an intermediate knitter so the value was in learning about the wool, how to use it and where/what to buy for future projects.

Excellent class! Kay is a great teacher and the small class size permitted ample personal instruction. We made adorable pillows in class, which was very impressive in under 3 hours. Afterward, I headed to Jo-Ann fabrics, picked up my own jumbo needles, some giant yarn, and then I made my own scarf. Thanks for helping me find a new, fun hobby :)

As a first time knitter I was excited but a bit anxious to learn a new craft and quickly felt comfortable in the small class. Kay provided clear, simple instructions and assisted each participant when we were stuck or had a miss-stitch. The material was fun to work with and a variety of colors were provided. Kay shared her knowledge in a fun, conversational way. I really enjoyed the class!

Kay is a great teacher. She is very patient and kind. We were all beginners in the class and truly enjoyed learning a new skill. Next Door Cafe is a great place to hold this class, too. Had a great time!

Such a great class! LOVED the outcome. Kay made knitting easy and enjoyable. The class was small enough so we could each have individual attention and knitting is such a relaxing activity. I definitely recommend it!

A great class! Kay is a really great teacher and I had never (never ever) even picked up knitting needles and I left with a pillow! I definitely recommend this class!

Knitting Big was a great way to start learning how to knit. Kay was extremely patient and a really good teacher. I would definitely take another class with her in the future!

Very fun! Had a great afternoon knitting & chatting. Kay is very knowledgable, not just as a knitter but in textiles as well.
