This was such a fun class! The chocolate was incredible and learning more about the history of chocolate and romance was just as sweet. I enjoyed the small setting and my partner enjoyed eating all the chocolate.

I loved all the chocolate history that I learned in this class. The savory chocolates were right up my alley but a sweet lover would also be right at home. I'd never been to Cocoa + Co before but I'll definitely be returning for a coffee and a treat.

I work across the street from Cocoa + Co., and I've only ever stopped in there for coffee, but I am so glad I took an hour out of my weekend to not only get an awesome chocolate education, but to learn more about an awesome business in my "work neighborhood". Kim really knows her stuff, and is clearly very passionate about chocolate, and the products she carries in her store. I never thought of chocolate as a savory treat before, but now I don't know if I can go back to the sweet side after trying such awesome spiced and savory chocolates.

Cocoa and co is such a cute shop! The owner leads a fun tasting and gave really interesting backgrounds on the chocolates! She knows what she is talking about! Everything was delicious!

Kim was an excellent teacher and you can clearly see how passionate she is about the overall industry. She reallys knows her stuff!

The Romance of Chocolate tasting/class was a great activity for Valentine's day! Kim was incredibly knowledgable and I learned a lot about where chocolate comes from and where it is made. The chocolate was delicious and it was cool to see her selection from all around the world. I'd love to do another class there - and bring home more chocolate!

Informative and delicious. Learned about the history of cocoa while sipping on the finest hot coco and sampling chocolate from around the world. A lovely way to spend an afternoon.
