The class was great! Only a few people were in the class so the one-on-one interaction with the instructor was great. It was easy to modify moves for any level yogi or based on specific areas of pain or discomfort. The therapy balls were an added bonus for me, I wasn't expecting to use them and they're AMAZING. Would definitely recommend the class to fellow desk-junkies.
