ABOUT THIS TEACHER

Hello All! I am Lotus and I am the owner of Garden Glow Wellness. I have been teaching and expanding my knowledge of gardening, Yoga and holistic wellness techniques for about 6 years now. I started in high school with the garden club, then went on to study sustainable agriculture in college; here I started exploring herbal plants as well and how they can be used as remedies . I also began my personal yoga journey, learning not just about the poses but also the philosophies and ideologies behind Yoga, something I aim to pass on through my classes. After returning from college, I became a Master Gardener, Outdoor Classroom Specialist and worked as a Yoga Instructor for awhile as well. In 2015, I moved to Atlanta and started to work on the nutritional aspect of holistic wellness, teaching cooking and nutrition classes around the metro Atlanta area to children and adults. In 2016, I began focusing on my business Garden Glow Wellness and the classes I offer here are an extension of that.
