Michael Pfeiffer

Michael is an experienced Chef with a wide variety of culinary experiences. Michael has worked at renowned Chicago restaurants such as Iliana Regan's Kitsune and most recently as a sous chef at Jimmy Papadopoulos's Bellemore.

Michael's passion for cooking has inspired him to share what he has learned with others and to start Drumlin Supper Club. Through Drumlin Supper Club Michael hosts these classes in addition to hosting pop up supper club dinners.

    The ramen class was pretty great! The broth was good and I loved the add-ins! This class was mainly a ramen noodle making class instead of hands-on with the broth and toppings (mainly because those take like 30 hours), but I still really enjoyed it for that it was. I will definitely be making these noodles myself in the near future.

    This was seriously cool, I learned so much! I liked the hands-on style of it, and the components Michael made to go with the noodles we made were so tasty! I'm looking forward to trying to make this at home with his recipes.

    The event was well organized and at a great location. There were enough supplies and the ramen was fantastic.

    Chef Michael and Sarah were both fantastic hosts. Everything was very well-prepared and executed. Chef Michael explained everything clearly and fielded a variety of questions very well. They also provided useful handouts.
    My partner has made ramen numerous times and found this class to be extremely useful. He’s very excited to make his own noodles for his next ramen attempt. I would highly recommend this class to anyone with an interest in ramen.

    The Ramen class was amazing! Michael did a fantastic job laying out all the steps to make a delicious bowl of ramen within the short period of time we had together. He was very thoughtful to wether you were a vegetarian or carnivore. I loved the class in his home it made it very cozy but am looking forward classes in his new pop-up space. Take this class!!!
