He has studied chocolate with master chocolatiers in Canada and in the U.S. He has a deep passion for high-end, delicious chocolates and loves sharing his knowledge and skills with students young and old! Michael is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has been in the restaurant and wine industry for over 20 years.
