Everyone was really friendly and the teacher was so well organized and open. It was a terrific event!

I absolutely loved this class. There was a lot of thought and preparation that went into the class. The class was tailored for those who love being super hands-on with food making part, or for those who like to watch and eat (like me).

The class pretty much left you full of ideas for the holiday season:
Salads
Drinks - both chocolate, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
Appetizers Galore of ideas, modifications for food allergies and diet restrictions
Dessert (my favorite part) - so many crafty ideas and easy!

It was great to see all the quick and easy tricks to make the upcoming hosting season stress-free. Not to mention, tasting all the creations and leaving with a little inspiration for lunch the next day! Highly recommend taking one of Leah's classes.

Fantastic class! Leah was more than prepared with samples of infused spirits and specialty cocktails, as well as tons of options for making your own sweet or savory infusions. Everyone had a great time, and it was so easy to get creative and try out flavor combinations. I can't wait to try my pineapple jalapeno lime rum!

I had a fantastic time!! The hosts were absolutely amazing and all of my fellow "dabblers" were a blast. You will leave with your own infusions and plenty of new ideas :-) I would highly recommend this class.

If anyone knows how to create a learning environment that's fun, creative and DELICIOUS, it's Leah. I've been to three of her Dabble classes so far (Art of Pancakes, Polynesian Paradise: A Traditional Hawaiian Luau and Mixology Magic: Infusing Vodka & Spirits) and I would recommend them to all of my friends. Leah is an incredibly talented cook and entertainer and teaches her classes in a laid back, easygoing manner. Being a perfectionist,I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself when learning something new, but Leah makes you feel comfortable and encourages you to let loose. Honestly, it's like being at a friend's house. While the "hand-on" experience can be somewhat limited due to class size and time, you still walk away with a greater understanding and tons of recipes to try at home! If you can't tell, I had a great time and look forward to new classes from Leah.

This class was awesome! I'm not really a pancake person but I'd taken Leah's grilling class and really enjoyed it. Leah went out of her way to make me gluten free batter for my pancakes and I ate an embarrassing amount. Really good class. I can't wait to see the new classes she comes up with in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful time trying all the food last night. This is a great class for grilling basics, and Leah was a gracious host and knowledgeable instructor. The recipes were simple, yet so tasty! We all felt at home and had a hard time leaving last night. We also picked up some tips on where to find good spices and food for grilling!

We had a great time in Leah's Infusing Spirits class. Leah is extremely knowledgeable about spirits and mixology, as well as cooking and entertaining. I expected the focus to be entirely on the drinks, but Leah provided some delicious appetizers and offered tips on drink making, hosting parties, and even brought up some great gift ideas for the holidays (which always sneak up faster than you'd like). She's very enthusiastic and was really just a lot of fun to learn from and work with. I would absolutely recommend this class to others and will be keeping an eye out for other classes she teaches.

Leah was an exceptional host. There was the promise of appetizers in the event description, but I was blown away by the quantity and quality of food at the party. At first I was a little nervous about the structure of the class because there weren't set recipes for everyone to follow (although several printed recipe suggestions), but Leah had so many different options for infusing ingredients that it became really casual and creative. I walked away with 3 deliciously different and fun vodka infusions. Definitely exceeded my expectations in every way and I would blindly sign up for any future events that Leah hosts!

Leah was a fantastic hostess / teacher, and this class deserves a five star rating!! What a great evening relaxing and learning to grill as well as meeting fun new people. Leah is very knowledgeable and extremely willing / happy to share her experience. She is super friendly and fun, as well. I highly recommend this class!

Great class. Loved the food and pleasant atmosphere. Especially appreciated the handouts that were given to take home. And,oh yes, taking home pancakes and eating them the next morning was great!.

It was alot of fun. Leah and Kyle were both amazing hosts. Leah showed us a lot of great ideas of how to make some delicious pancakes! It was such a relaxed environment, after 10 minutes everyone was jumping in to make some great pancakes, having a great night! We got tons of pancakes to take home as well!

It was very nice. I was glad it was a small group...we kind of connected a little. Everyone was friendly thanks to the comfortable atmosphere created by the teacher.

This was my 1st Dabble class & I was impressed from the beginning. Leah is such a great host, that I felt like I was over at my friend's place. She had drinks & an appetizer pancake ready for us as soon as we arrived. I had a fun time getting to know the other attendees as we made batters, spooned batter on skillets, added yummy toppings, laughed, and ate pancakes! The class was well structured, & as we left, we were given to-go bags with recipes, and extra pancakes. I think we made and ate 5 different types of pancakes in 90 minutes. My favorite was the classic buttermilk with the maple buttercream...changed my life! I thoroughly enjoyed The Art of Pancakes, and I'm telling everyone I know about Dabble! Thank you Leah!

Leah is the hostess with the mostest! A welcoming atmosphere, cocktails, and pancakes. A really great experience, and I learned so much about the value of experimenting in cooking. Thank you Leah for a great class. So much fun, highly recommend a class with Leah!

I've been making pancakes for breakfast for 30 years but have just a few go-to kinds, so I really like a chance to get new ideas.

OMG. This class was so great. Leah and Kyle were awesome hosts, their home was welcoming, and the food and drink was amazing. It really felt like you spend the night hanging out with friends at a party - except we didn't know each other!

Really fun and informative class!

What a fun class! Leah was so welcoming, and her passion for creative pancakes really shined. A very hands-on class, we all had the opportunity to make pancakes, eat, drink and ask questions. Walked away with a full belly, a lot of take-home pancakes, helpful recipes and a plan for next Sunday's brunch!

What a great class! There were only 9 of us (one couldn't make it), which was the perfect size-- small enough to be intimate, large enough to be social. We learned some great tips for amazing pancakes, tried four delicious flavors, and even got to take home pancakes. We observed, we mixed, we cooked-- the class was a great combination of learning & hands-on experience. Definitely worth it for those of us who have zero pancake knowledge, especially because Leah sent a recipes & tips packet home with everyone!

I thought this class was supposed to be a cooking class but it was anything but. She had all the food prepared and only showed us how to chop an onion, which I know how to do. The food was good, but as I said no instruction. She just gave us printed recipes for everything she made. I went with two friends and for the total $120 we spent, we would rather have tried a new restaurant. Also, as we were finishing dinner, she and her roommate invited friends to eat the leftover food, which I thought was unprofessional.

I was disappointed by the experience. I thought I'd have the opportunity to actually be a part of the cooking, instead of being served dinner in someone's home (that I didn't know) surrounded by people I didn't know. The whole experience was very odd and uncomfortable. Also, the host's home was not very clean, especially the bathroom, which kind of grossed me out. This was my first Dabble cooking experience, and if not for someone else at the event who advised that other experiences were in venues more suited to entertaining, I would never do another Dabble cooking class. And lastly, there was someone who had spent time in Hawaii who mentioned many of the dishes were not very authentic.

I was disappointed in this entire experience altogether. It was not what I expected at all. It was not a class, nothing was professional and the house and bathroom were dirty.
I cannot believe that I was charged $45.00 for this, I wanted to leave but did not want to be rude. Would not recommend.
