ABOUT THIS TEACHER

I am the founder and co-owner of Urban Escape Healing. I believe that the human body has the ability to heal itself and that everything we need is within us and found throughout nature. One of my purposes is to unlock these powers and share this knowledge with others. My abilities to deeply feel and perceive the world around me have complemented my energy channeling and vibrational healing techniques. I enjoy holding space and being a mirror for you to witness your genuine true self. I am an advocate of self empowerment that enjoys learning about you and your specific needs.

Reiki was the “gateway” energy healing therapy that brought me into deeper exploration and eventually led me to take courses in New Paradigm Multi Dimensional Transformation. I just became certified to teach New Paradigm MDT. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, IL. Aromatherapy and the power of scent is an important element throughout my sessions and life. I combine my knowledge and experience of music and sound, essential oils and plant medicine, meridians, and other techniques to provide a unique and intentional experience for each spirit that crosses my path. Mind, body, and spirit is reached through my sensory and elemental approach to healing. The universe has blessed me and I am blessed to share.
