Bread + Butter Making 101 was a great afternoon of learning how to make no-knead bread and butter. Nicole was a great teacher, opening her kitchen to all of us, and took everyone step-by-step through the bread making process.

This class was basically spending a lovely afternoon creating and learning while hanging out with a very talented teacher. Nicole was very welcoming and open, hosting the class in her very adorable and well equipped kitchen. It's a longer class due to the bread making process so it's not one to take if you are short on time. Butter making was my favorite part, and I've since started making my own at home. It's almost magic how easy and wonderful it turns out! Highly recommend this class!

Nicole welcomed us into her home for a lovely afternoon of learning and creating. She was well equipped with all the necessary equipment and was extremely knowledgeable about the bread making process. I gleaned great tips and imperative techniques to making a successful loaf of homemade bread and delicious butter. On top of the wealth of knowledge Nicole shared with us, I really enjoyed getting to know her and the other members of the class. Couldn't recommend more!

Nicole was a wonderful teacher. We joined her for an afternoon of bread prepping, proofing, baking and eating. It was icing on the cake (or butter on the bread) to learn how to make homemade butter. The sage black pepper butter and honey black pepper butter were both delicious and inventive varieties. Special thanks to Nicole for her welcoming demeanor and badass bread-making skills. We can't wait to recreate the bread back home!.
