ABOUT THIS TEACHER

I have a Massage Therapy and Health Coaching practice in Chicago, Illinois and have studied Yoga, Body-Centered Psychotherapy and Mama Gena's Womanly Arts. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I have learned all the major dietary theories along with practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in transforming your relationship to food and alcohol. I also love integrating all my other trainings into my health coaching practice using them with my clients when necessary, teaching about restorative yoga, body awareness, breathing techniques and mindful meditation.
