SAYF Consulting
Nelson Velasquez is a former Police Lieutenant who started this class after hearing concerns from many people about the rising number of vicious attacks against innocent people. He believes that it’s important to know how to defend yourself in case of an attack because sometimes, help may not always be around. The main goal at SAYF Consulting is to provide a plan of action in order to protect you and your loved ones. Knowing how to properly and effectively use pepper spray is an important part of having a self-defense plan.

Jessica S.Reviewed on 09/16/18I really enjoyed this class. I always carry pepper spray with me, however, I didn't feel confident that I'd know how to effectively use it if I needed to. I also had never actually sprayed pepper spray before this class. This class is a great way to learn some basic self defense techniques and how to effectively use your pepper spray. You get to practice with water spray, so it's a great opportunity to practice unlocking and spraying a target. Nelson was a really wonderful instructor. You can tell he really wants you to leave confident that you are prepared if you ever need to use your pepper spray. He was so helpful in answering all my questions and letting me practice different scenarios. I've already recommended this class to others and I think all people who carry pepper spray should take it.
