Sherman Oaks Kickboxing

This is a group for anyone interested in getting a great workout together. All ages and skill levels are welcome. I started this group because I was looking for a great and affordable workout. And then I figured, I can do that by teaching others how to kickbox.

Come if you'd like to learn kickboxing techniques while getting an intense cardio, strength, and conditioning workout.

The entire session will last around 60 - 90 minutes just depending on how everyone is feeling.
1) First, we begin with cardio, footwork, strength, and conditioning warm up drills
2) Then we partner up, and do different combinations: one person punches while the other holds the pads.
3) Lastly we end with stretching, push-ups, and sit-ups.

- What should you bring?

Your shoes and workout clothes (although you can try barefoot if you want). Feel free to bring our own gear if you have (boxing gloves, pads, and hand wraps), and if you don't have these things, then I have enough equipment to accommodate a max of about 10 of us.

You may also want to bring some sort of cushion for stretching and sit-ups, like a towel or yoga mat.

And Bring Water!
