Shoebox not only shared his first hand experience for making the corned beef, which was much more helpful than just reading instructions or a recipe online, but also was very knowledgeable about the spices that were used. The class was casual and instructive. I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Great class - hands on, informative and most importantly - got to taste the fruits of our labor! Really took the guess work out of this seasonal dish and gave me the confidence to make it at home. Can't wait to see what's next!
