Taryn Slawson
I am a Colorado native and have been living in Denver for the past eight years. I am passionate about creative self expression and helping other people to find their creative voice. I am also studying a system of energy medicine / vibrational healing (think Reiki on steroids) which has largely influenced my creative work. I spend as much time as possible hiking and exploring the outer lands of our beautiful state which never ceases to amaze me! I really enjoy spending time creating with others and I look forward to doing so with you!

Brea M.Reviewed on 06/04/17This class was amazing! Taryn is so talented and such a great teacher. Every step was easy to follow and she was always right there if you had a question or needed help. Also, the River North Workshop was an incredible + inspiring space to take a class!

What a lovely afternoon spent learning a new skill amongst an eclectic group of creatives. We all left with the confidence to weave on our own, a brand new loom, enough yarn to finish the project and full bellies thanks to the almond butter balls and kombucha that Taryn provided for us :) I felt completely supported and comfortable when asking questions, but not smothered. She gave us space to create and gave us one on one direction based on our personal weaving speed.
