This pasta class was amazing! The instructor was high energy, laidback and made the class really fun. We made ravioli, tortellini, and a pomodoro sauce. The instructor also provided advice on the best ingredients to purchase for high-quality pasta and sauce.

I took this class with a friend for his birthday and overall we had a lot of fun & learned a lot (at least I did, my friend is pretty experienced). I was glad it wasn't one of those "let's go around and introduce ourselves & say why we're here" type of things - it was let's cook, eat & enjoy the class however you choose to, and I liked that. The space itself at Cooked Chicago was awesome, although the cooking stations seemed to be a bit too close for comfort. Regardless, Giuseppe as a teacher was great - very knowledgeable, funny and personable.
