I enjoyed this class with a lot of hands-on experience to understand concepts and roles of Reiki and Chakra, which I wanted to learn for my wellness practice. Tracey was welcoming and charming to create the atmosphere positive and relaxed. Thank you very much!

A great class, split up into parts, each one different and interesting! So worth it!

This class is fabulous!!!!! I left with a sea salt body scrub and a body spray my husband is crazy about. The class was a blast. Really friendly instructor and Luminere is super swanky but in an old school way. This was the real authentic version of essential oils. What they are. How to work with them. Loved it!!!! Can't wait for another class.

My friends and I arrived to the class not really knowing what to expect but that we love essential oils. We had such a lovely afternoon and highly recommend taking a couple hours out of your lazy Saturday to meander over to Luminere on Sheffield where this delightful series of seasonal classes are taught.

She began by handing out all the materials needed to mix and blend beautiful concoctions. I think there were about 5 essential oils that all had a summer theme. There is also a helpful booklet with in-depth info about each oil and guided meditations you can do with the oils to clear, calm, and envision.

Next, we learned about the oils' composition and how to blend - top, middle, and base notes. We made both a Dead Sea salt scrub and a body ampule for romantic rendezvous. I love mine and so does my boyfriend who actually hates perfumes.

I can't believe all the information packed into just 2 hrs. Also, it was such a good feel of camaraderie with the other participants, many of whom are apparently clients of Luminere. Felt like sisterhood get togethers.
Tracey is so knowledgeable about aromatherapy, having studied in New York, San Francisco and at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico. She owns and operates Luminere which smells like heaven with its aromatherapy.

She did such a great job making everyone feel really comfortable and is the least pretentious person I've met. So sweet. She had us all briefly introduce ourselves and created some great icebreakers so that the class was really laid back and at ease. I love the space she's created for the class, which is the front waiting area of her spa. Beautiful. I can't wait to go to another class.

Great class! I would definitely take another class with Tracey. I went into the class knowing nothing about Reiki and left feeling comfortable with th technique. Highly recommended!
