I'm the founder of Unveiled Wellness (a Chicago-based functional nutrition private practice) and Wildly Rooted, where I offer a unique blend of modern functional nutrition tools, ancient holistic healing modalities, and intuitive coaching to help wild-hearted women build physical health & vitality so they can unleash their creativity, tap into their spirituality and support what they really want to get in life.

My background and education is in functional nutrition, holistic health coaching, and various intuitive healing traditions as well as earth honoring practices such as Andean mysticism, Caribbean folk medicine and the Akashic Records.
