    This was an amazing class!! Chef Jonathan was really smart, positive, and encouraging for all of us to get our hands dirty in the process. He gave us his own tips, tricks, and secrets, and showed us steps along the way to make our own soup making better. I felt like I had a stronger sense of the science of cooking than I ever did. He was willing to show us what the mess-ups looked like so that we would be better and smarter Matzah ball soup makers ourselves! I would recommend this class to anyone looking to try and taste something delicious and made with true passion.
