Transitions are tough. If you're hopeful for Spring, but still feel yourself in 'brace for impact' mode of the past year, you are not alone!

Experience two amazing journal writing techniques. Then learn a little about why times of transition are so trying, and some writing tricks that allow you to learn from the past as you push yourself forward.

Prepare yourself to ooh and ah-ha whether you are brand-new to journaling, or a life-long writer. Activities are based on The Journal to the Self™ method, beloved by 100,000+ students worldwide since 1991. You will receive a handout packet before the session, or explore in your own notebook, favorite journal or on any keyboard device.
