Event Overview

Love bread? Love freshly made bread? Like many others, you may be intimidated and believe that making bread is something that should be left to the professionals. This class will prove that wrong!

Students who take this class will get an in depth look into the art of bread making, simplified for the home baker. With step by step instructions and a few professional tips and tricks, students will be able to make their own baguettes and loaves at home! This class also includes a butter making class, where students will be making and taking home fresh made butter with their freshly baked bread.

You will learn that all you need is simple, easy to find ingredients, a bit of patience and a love for gluten. And of course, tasting is part of the lesson plan!

An eagerness to learn and the option to BYOB!

All materials will be provided. Take home your bread and butter along with some supplies to get you baking at home!

    This was a great class. My wife and I were the only attendees on a Sunday morning and we felt like our host did a great job of teaching us the essentials of french bread baking. Su was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with practical guidelines and examples.
