Event Overview
Feeling ready for a job/career change? Exploring a new direction or path ?
Join us to reflect on and remember who you are in relationship to what you desire for your life's work or next job opportunity.
Choosing work that is alignment with our values and who we are, has a direct connection to our sense of purpose and happiness. Each of us is completely and beautifully unique in what gifts, strengths, talents and skills we offer up and share in our life's work. Our jobs and careers do not exist separately from who we are and what is important to us. We also find that our choices and needs around jobs and careers change throughout our lifetime.
In this workshop, you will carve out time to look at your values, skills and interests as a tool to shape your vision of what you desire in your world of work. Through reflection, self assessment exercises, journaling and brainstorming, and a bit of creative visualization, you will dig into what you most value and need, and leave with actions to move you forward on your career path.
You will have the chance to:
- Explore your individual strengths, skills, passions & values
- Reassess where you are now
- Renew or create a new vision of what you want in your work, job, career
- Map out next steps to guide you to creating a path that fits you at this time of your life
