Learn to make salsas and hot sauces by Chicago's first cook-on-board food truck: The Salsa Truck! Based out of The Garage (home of The Salsa Truck), Dabblers will learn to make two salsas, guacamole and a hot sauce with Chef/Owner Dan Salls.
Following the cooking demonstration, Dan and his team will create a unique taco feast featuring some of The Salsa Truck's most popular items.
The event is BYOB.
Ask any question of Dan regarding Mexican food techniques and the food truck/restaurant business!

A former Financial Advisor and now self-trained chef, Dan was the first to receive the coveted cook-on-board license for his food truck. In June of 2013, Dan opened up The Garage, which acts as a home base for his truck and a restaurant featuring the food of Chicago's best trucks.
We went to this class for a work outing and had a fantastic time! Dan was a great host and made us all feel really at home in The Garage. It was a great event and would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes good food and has an interest in cooking!
