Event Overview

Come to The Garage - Chicago's street food hub - for a hands-on and informative evening of making Kimchi and a Korean feast from the Chef's of The Garage and The Salsa Truck.

Class will begin with a brief history of Korean food and kimchi. Attendees will get to participate in making kimchi and other Korean classics. The chef/teachers will then prepare a Korean feast for everyone to enjoy. Students will get to take home their kimchi creations and enjoy at home.
